The Academic Advising Data screen displays the number* of undergraduate and graduate students advised for each academic year. There should be a record for each academic year that you advised beginning 2017-2018.

Each academic year is a hyperlink. When you click on the academic year, you should see the number of undergraduate and graduate students advised for that academic year as reflected in Banner for the locked fields.

Screenshots below:

*The number of advisees is a sum total of all students (undergraduate/graduate respectively) over the entire academic year (three semesters). For example, if you advised a student in the Fall of 2017 but not in the Spring of 2018, the student is added to the total sum for the entire academic year. Likewise, if one of your advisees in the Fall of 2017 graduated and entered into a graduate program where you also advised the same student as a graduate student in the Spring of 2018, that student will be in the sum of undergraduate students for 2017-2018 and graduate students for 2017-2018
