Personal and Contact Information

The personal and contact information screen shows your professional name and email address, as it is reflected in Banner. The following fields are locked because they are imported from Banner:

• Prefix*
• First Name
• Middle Name*
• Last Name
• Suffix*
• Name of Endowed Position (if any)*
• Email Address
• Alias Email Address*

*If any field is null, it is also null in Banner.  

If adjustments need to be made, please submit a request through the Activity Insight Data Issue form.

However, you are able to enter information into the following fields:

• Preferred First Name
• Building Where Your Office Is Located
• Office Room Number
• Personal Website (if applicable).
• Photograph (You also have the ability to upload a photo if you so choose.)
