OVERVIEW OF Faculty Success

Faculty Success is UNCG’s web-based faculty activity reporting system. It provides a centralized place for faculty to document teaching, research, scholarship, creative activity, service, and other professional activities. UNCG uses Faculty Success to support annual review, reappointment, promotion and tenure, post-tenure review, workload-related reporting, CV generation, and other faculty data needs. By allowing information to be entered once and used for multiple purposes, Faculty Success helps streamline reporting and supports more accurate and consistent faculty records. 

Faculty Success Unit Contacts

Faculty Success Unit Contacts serve as liaisons between their college or school and the Office of the Provost for faculty review-related processes. These contacts may assist with questions related to unit-level review procedures, promotion and tenure policies, reappointment and annual review expectations, post-tenure review processes, and the composition or setup of unit review committees. They may also help faculty and department administrators understand college- or school-specific requirements, timelines, and internal practices related to faculty reviews.
