RE: Faculty Grade Submission Deadline Policy
As requested by the Academic Policies and Regulations Committee, The Office of the Provost has established a policy regarding final grades. Beginning Spring 2022, all final grades for the standard 15- week semester must be submitted to the University Registrar within two calendar days of the close of the last exam block of the semester. The timely submission of grades ensures the accurate updating of academic records. Failure to submit grades by the deadline impacts important processes such as degree clearance, academic standing calculation, and satisfactory academic progress for Financial Aid.
