Estimate and Project Cut-off Dates for FY2013-14 (PDF)

Effective October 1, 2013 the Facilities Department will charge a project management fee for minor renovations.

The revised Space and Remodeling Request Form has been created as a first step in a revamped process that is designed to better serve our campus customers. The form is to facilitate all aspects of your facilities related requests, from:

  • requests for additional space
  • requests for patching and painting
  • requesting preliminary estimates to allow you to plan for the scope of a project
  • final estimates for committing funds
  • small or larger remodeling needs
  • the review of furniture purchases
  • design and project management services
