During the 2016-2017 academic year, the Academic Integrity Policy Review Committee gathered to review the existing policy and procedures, solicit feedback from other faculty, and complete a comprehensive review of the academic integrity policies and procedures of other institutions.
On May 3, 2017, the Faculty Senate approved the revised AI policy, which can be found at https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0rFGGhJvbDHUExSZmFFaWFmb00/view. It offers a more organized step-by-step explanation on how to initiate the AI process.
In addition, the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities, a Dean of Students Office affiliate responsible for academic integrity functions, has launched a new Academic Integrity webpage with great resources for faculty and students. Please visit this site soon and encourage your students to do so as well.
