Technology Support

The Academic Technology Systems group is happy to provide technical support for its clients in the Provost Office. We aim to provide our users with prompt, friendly, and knowledgable support whenever a need or problem arises. We are involved with the following:

  • Desktop Computer Support
  • Laptop Computer Support
  • Handheld Device Support such as Blackberries and PDAs
  • Network Administration and Troubleshooting
  • Printing Problems
  • Software Application Support
  • Technology setup and arrangement for meetings and events
  • Hardware and Software Purchasing and Consulting
  • Any other miscellaneous tech support needs

Erik Sommers is our lead tech in charge of support. If you need assistance, call him at 334-4575, or drop by his office in the Provost suite.
