Like SPA employees, all EPA employees must undergo a yearly performance evaluation and skill review by their respective supervisors. However, the structure of this review is free-form, and is left to the discretion of the supervisor as to the most appropriate way it should be carried out.
The units in charge of each EPA employee are responsible for the record-keeping process of yearly performance reviews. In some cases, it may be appropriate to add an employee's performance review to their personnel file with the EPA Human Resources department, but it is not mandatory.
